AD CONTRACT
This ad contract, also known as the “Transfiguration Bulletin Ad Agreement”, is a formal document that outlines the terms and conditions between our two parties: the advertiser (you) and the publisher (Transfiguration Church). This contract ensures transparency and accountability. It also ensures that both parties are clear about their roles, responsibilities, and expectations, creating a legally binding agreement.
DELIVERABLES
You will receive from Transfiguration Church:
One, full year (52 weeks) of advertising space in Transfiguration Church’s Weekly Parish Bulletin
Your choice of ad Size in vibrant color
You will have two Options for creating your ad:
We design the ad for you with the information you provide
You create the ad and email us an image of it. Accepted formats include JPG and PDF
Once your ad is paid-for, created and approved, Transfiguration Church will publish it in the first weekly parish bulletin following completion of this process. The date of that bulletin will mark the first day of your annual subscription.
The end date of your subscription will be on the one-year anniversary of your bulletin ad start-date.
Our designer will contact you (email or phone) after your order has been received.
Transfiguration Church will contact you when the end of your subscription nears, to inquire about a renewal of your contract.
Transfiguration Church is not responsible for hoped-for deliverables (your desired outcomes, such as increased sales) of your ad placement.
Transfiguration Church will receive from you:
The expectation that you are entering into this contract in good faith. You agree that you are placing an ad for strictly lawful activities.
Full payment for the ad of your choice is due at the time of placing your Ad Order on the Transfiguration Church website.
Only Online Payments made via credit card or bank card are accepted. You are responsible for paying the processing fees charged by your credit card company.
You are responsible for entering all data pertinent to your ad correctly. Although we will make every effort on our part to ensure accuracy, any errors in content are your full responsibility. You will have plenty of opportunities to review your ad before final approval.
You must respond promptly when we communicate with you. There will be a need for email/verbal communications we create, finalize, and seek approval for your ad before it is published.
You must be of legal age to enter into this contract (18 years or older)
You must agree to the full terms of this contract. By checking the “I Agree” button, you are legally, electronically signing this contract.

One-Space Ad (1/16thof a page)
$495/year (save $25)
Calculated at a weekly rate of $10/week
Two-Space Ad (1/8thof a page)
$910/year (save $26)
Calculated at a weekly rate of $18/week
Four-Space Ad (1/4thof a page)
$1650/year (Save $14)
Calculated at a weekly rate of $32/week
Extra Costs:
You are responsible for paying all transaction processing fees charged by your credit card company.
Payment Methods:
Accepted forms of payment: Credit Card and Bank Card.
Payment Timeframe:
All payments are due when your order is placed
Cancellation/ Termination of Contract
Transfiguration Church reserves the right to:
Accept or deny any Bulletin Ad orders placed.
Cancel your contract and remove your ad at any given time for any reason we deem necessary. You will receive email notice regarding your ad's removal and a pro-rated refund.
Choose not to renew your contract.
