Parents submit request, including baptismal date requested, to the Parish office. Baptismal Data Sheet and Godparent forms required. Godparents must be baptized, confirmed and active Catholics (go to Mass weekly, etc.).

Diocesan policy requires initial contact with the church at least six months prior to the proposed wedding date. To begin marriage preparation, including required classes you will need to contact the Office. 

Members facing surgery, serious illness, or even death may call the office. Never wait, never hesitate & remember: physical healing can also be an effect of the sacrament. Don't deprive a loved one of God's help.
